White Chili Chicken Recipe

 
 
This white chili chicken recipe tastes wonderful and it is so good for you too!
 
1 whole    boneless skinless chicken breast  
1 large    onion, chopped  
3 cloves    garlic, finely chopped  
1 medium    bell pepper, chopped  
2 cans    chicken broth  
2 tsp    cumin  
1/2 tsp    oregano  
3 cans    white beans, drained and rinsed  
1/2 cup    jalapeno chili peppers, chopped (may adjust quantity to suit your taste)  
  fat-free cooking spray  
 
1 Spray frying pan with fat-free cooking spray and add a couple tablespoons of water to prevent sticking while cooking.
2 Place chopped onion, garlic, and peppers in skillet and cook until onions are translucent.
3 Place whole chicken breast in skillet and cook until done.
4 Cut cooked chicken breast into small bite-size pieces.
5 Place all ingredients into a pan and cook until heated.
