This tilapia recipe is delicious with your favorite marinara or vegetable spaghetti sauce and topped with parmesan cheese. |

1 fillet |
|
tilapia (about 4 ounces) |
|
1/2 medium |
|
onion, thinly sliced |
|
1/4 medium |
|
bell pepper, thinly sliced |
|
1 Tbs |
|
parmesan cheese |
|

Preheat over to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). |

Arrange tilapia in baking dish with skin side up. |

Top with your favorite marinara or vegetable spaghetti sauce. |

Arrange onion and pepper slices on and around the fillet. |

Bake in pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with a fork. |

Top with parmesan cheese. |

Set oven to broil. |

Broil 5 minutes. |
