Italiano Tilapia Recipe



Italiano Tilapia

 
 
This tilapia recipe is delicious with your favorite marinara or vegetable spaghetti sauce and topped with parmesan cheese.
 
3 Tbs    your favorite marinara or vegetable spaghetti sauce  
1 fillet    tilapia (about 4 ounces)  
1/2 medium    onion, thinly sliced  
1/4 medium    bell pepper, thinly sliced  
1 Tbs    parmesan cheese  
 

1 Preheat over to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2 Arrange tilapia in baking dish with skin side up.
3 Top with your favorite marinara or vegetable spaghetti sauce.
4 Arrange onion and pepper slices on and around the fillet.
5 Bake in pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
6 Top with parmesan cheese.
7 Set oven to broil.
8 Broil 5 minutes.

Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ready in: 30 minutes
