This potato soup recipe is easy to make with frozen hash browns. No potatoes to peel! Serve with your favorite garnishes, such as chopped scallions, low-fat cheddar cheese, or bacon bits. |

fat-free country gravy mix (1 large pkg or 2 small pkgs) |
