pomegranate, peel and break seeds apart |

banana, peeled and sliced |

oranges, peeled and sectioned |

apples, cored and cut into bite size pieces |

seedless grapes, cut in half |

nonfat vanilla yogurt |

walnut, chopped |
|
1-2 shakes |
|
cinnamon as desired |

Place fruit in a large bowl. |
