Spinach Pesto

This spinach pesto recipe is easy to make, tastes great, and is loaded with healthy ingredients. Use as a dip with veggies, as a healthy alternative to mayonnaise on your sandwiches, or as a lighter pasta topping alternative than Alfredo sauce. |

frozen chopped spinach, thawed |

garlic, minced |

lemon juice, freshly squeezed |

Drain thawed spinach well by pressing into a strainer until very little liquid is removed. |

Combine spinach with cheese, basil, and garlic in the food processor or blender until mixed. |
