Negative Calorie Recipe: Mango Ice Cream

Believe it or not this mango ice cream is a negative calorie recipe. No one will ever know it is sugar free and fat free because it tastes so great!!! |

gelatin |
|
3 Tbs |
|
water, hot |
|
2 cups |
|
mangoes, puree (about 3 mangoes) |
|
1 1/2 cups |
|
fat-free Cool Whip, thawed |
|

Peel and slice mango. Put mango pieces into food processor or blender to puree. |

Mix gelatin in hot water until dissolved. |

Mix gelatin solution with the mango puree. |

Add fat-free Cool Whip into mango mixture. |

Place bowl in freezer until mixture is half frozen, about one hour. |

Remove from freezer, beat until smooth. |

Transfer into small ice cream cups and put into freezer. |
