Lemon Ice Recipe



Lemon Ice

 
 
This lemon ice recipe is refreshing and only 7 calories per serving, so enjoy!
 
1 cup    boiling water  
1 4-serving pkg    JELL-O brand lemon flavor sugar-free low calorie gelatin  
1 cup    chilled lemon-lime flavored seltzer  
1/2 tsp    grated lemon peel  
3 Tbs    fresh lemon juice  
 

1 Pour JELL-O package into a medium bowl.
2 Pour boiling water into bowl with JELL-O, stirring for about 2 minutes or until completely dissolved
3 Stir in seltzer, lemon peel, and juice.
4 Pour into 9" square pan and cover.
5 Freeze 3 hours or until frozen.
6 Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
7 Blend in covered blender container on high speed until smooth.
8 Spoon into dessert dishes.
9 Store leftover ice in freezer.
