Garden-Style Turkey Loaf

This ground turkey recipe is a great healthy substitute for standard ground beef meat loaf. |

lean ground turkey |

1 10 oz pkg |
|
frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained |

1 cup |
|
uncooked Quaker Oats |
|
1/2 cup |
|
finely chopped onion |
|
1/2 cup |
|
shredded carrots |
|
2 large |
|
egg whites |
|
1/3 cup |
|
fat-free milk |
|
1 1/2 tsp |
|
Italian seasonings |
|
1 tsp |
|
salt (optional) |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
pepper |
|
|
|
|

Heat oven to 350 degrees F (or 175 C). |

In large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing lightly but thoroughly. |
