This grape chicken salad recipe can be used as a salad on a bed of lettuce or put in a wrap for a sandwich. Great recipe for leftover chicken or turkey. |

cooked chicken breast (or turkey) |

|
red grapes (cut in half) |
|
1 cup |
|
cubed apple pieces |
|
1/4 cup |
|
chopped walnuts |
|
1 cup |
|
chopped celery |
|
1 Tbs |
|
honey |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
lime juice, freshly squeezed |

1/4 cup |

fat free plain yogurt |

cinnamon |
|
1/8 tsp |

nutmeg |

Cut cooked chicken breast (or turkey) into bite-size pieces. |

In a small bowl combine yogurt, honey, lime, nutmeg, and cinnamon and stir until well mixed. |

Mix poultry, grapes, apple pieces, walnuts, celery, and yogurt mixture together. |
