Grape Chicken Salad

 
 
This grape chicken salad recipe can be used as a salad on a bed of lettuce or put in a wrap for a sandwich. Great recipe for leftover chicken or turkey.
 
2 cups    cooked chicken breast (or turkey)  
1 cup    red grapes (cut in half)  
1 cup    cubed apple pieces  
1/4 cup    chopped walnuts  
1 cup    chopped celery  
1 Tbs    honey  
1/2 tsp    lime juice, freshly squeezed  
1/4 cup    fat free plain yogurt  
1/8 tsp    cinnamon  
1/8 tsp    nutmeg  
 

1 Cut cooked chicken breast (or turkey) into bite-size pieces.
2 In a small bowl combine yogurt, honey, lime, nutmeg, and cinnamon and stir until well mixed.
3 Mix poultry, grapes, apple pieces, walnuts, celery, and yogurt mixture together.
 
Servings: 6
