4 oz    chicken (or turkey)  
1 oz    fat free yogurt  
3 Tbs    cucumber, chopped  
1/8 medium    tomato, chopped  
1 dash    oregano, to taste  
1 dash    garlic salt, to taste  
1 dash    lemon pepper, to taste
