artichoke hearts, drained |

lemon juice |
|
3 Tbs |
|
ground pecans |
|
2 Tbs |
|
grated Parmesan cheese |
|
1 tsp |
|
dried Italian seasonings |
|
1 clove |
|
garlic, minced |
|
1 tsp |

extra virgin olive oil |
|

fat free cooking spray |
|

Heat oven to 375 degrees F (or 190 degrees C). |

Coat a 9" glass pie pan with cooking spray. |
